As a program manager on a crisis response team, I’ve learned that the key to calm execution is thorough preparation. I dive deeply into every project — learning the details, anticipating challenges, and creating structure long before the day arrives. That groundwork allows me to handle changes in real time with ease and clarity.

After years of working behind the scenes in Catholic ceremonies, I’ve developed a quiet respect for how meaningful each moment is — and how important it is that those moments flow without distraction.

How I see it: the best days look natural because someone made sure every detail was ready long before they began - so the day of is done right.
